Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.102(a) to Zydzik, Edward, located in Phillips, Wisconsin 54555-1121 (UEI:JY8SHE5N1NU7) for Wolf Capture, Depredation, Investigation, and training because there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency

requirements. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, commercial services contract. The

period of performance for this contract includes five ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. The anticipated effective date of the contract is April 08, 2026. The solicitation is issued unrestricted. The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2). All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
