Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for contractor support to provide scientific and technical services with experts in underwater explosions (UNDEX) and air explosions (AIREX) analysis of undersea and surface vessels utilizing specialized software codes. A single award Cost- Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with a potential
