REQUIREMENT: The USCG SFLC PBPL will procure an estimated 460 Duramax Marine, LLC propulsion shaft bearing assemblies or associated components under five national stock numbers over the course of this contract. The bearing assemblies or associated components are required as government furnished equipment (GFE) in support of the 154’ WPC class vessels. Duramax Marine, LLC will manufacture the required bearing assemblies or associated components IAW their proprietary drawings and manufacturing processes for use on the USCG 154’ WPC vessels. The bearing assemblies or associated components are standard throughout the 154’ WPC fleet and are critical to the propulsion shaft drive line and vessel operations. Onsite quality assurance inspection by USCG SFLC quality assurance (QA) personnel will be required prior to shipping to verify contract compliance. i. Part No. 80920203000002, NSN 2010-01-605-8113 – 154’ WPC Forward Stave Bearing Assembly, MIL-DTL-17901C Class III, Type MOD, Radius backed, Romor assembly to suit 8” Journal Diameter. Used as part of the propulsion shaft system on the 154’ WPC vessels. iii.
