Description

This is a Sources Sought for a Supported Collective Training Event forecasted for June 2026. Vendor will provide services necessary to provide a vital realistic element to a CERFP exercise at Camp Rilea, OR. Examples of services include: Provide Role Player, Moulage, Trauma Manikins Support and ambulance to maintain adequate flow rates of injured personnel for the exercise. The Ambulance provider will have 2 EMTs or greater level trained providers with 2 Ambulance vehicles at the Simulated Collapsed Structure Site location for safety. Additionally the vendor will provide an ExEVAL Lumber Package and 3 ProBoard or IFSAC instructor qualified SMEs to support S and E Operations. Provide Chemical Simulants to exercise CBRN monitoring equipment. The vendor would submit Close-Out Report at the end of the

period of performance, 26-28 June 2026. Other support requested includes: Provide qualified SME support to properly implement the incident command system, emergency response plan, and local emergency response plan; assist in preparing, writing, designing, assessing, coordinating and managing incident action plans, ICS reports and risk analysis measures.
