Offerors are hereby advised that all references to the FAR and DFARS within this solicitation pertain to the new Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide). While much of the verbiage has remained consistent with the previous version of the FAR and DFARS, there are notable differences.
