Period of Performance: The estimated

period of performance for this requirement: items are to be delivered 30 to 60 days after award date. Location: Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mt. Weather, VA 20135. Responses to this Sources Sought shall reflect corporate information and a short and concise capability summary reflecting the prospective offeror's Capabilities Statement. Responses are to detail the Technical Capabilities, Qualifications and Experience and shall not exceed two (2) pages. A cover sheet shall be included (not counted in page limit) identifying the company name, point(s) of contact, phone number(s), fax number(s), e-mail address(es), etc. Also include on the cover sheet the contract number, title and no more than a three-line description of any contract your company is/has provided services under any DoD or federal contract, including GSA Schedules, for the services described above.
