Special Notice: Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan VA Medical Center (SJVAMC) located at 10 Casia St., San Juan, PR 00921 is looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the following: Emergency Residential Services. The authority for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
Place of Performance: Off-site at the Vendor s location in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
Period of Performance: The anticipated
period of performance for this contract will be from 05/01/2026 through 04/30/2031 for the base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide Emergency residential Housing and all support services to homeless veterans in accordance with the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) and Contracted Emergency residential Services (CERS) model
