The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 2 to the solicitation for a business opportunity to operate a pack station, guided trail rides, and other services within Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Amendment No. 2 provides the resposes to

Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a "Notice of Intent to Propose" as described in the Business Opportunity and Proposal Instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on March 27, 2026. The NPS is ONLY accepting electronic proposals in response to this prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on April 9, 2026, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract.
