The project intends to replace the physical control devices on the air handling units and the roof-mounted chilled water system serving the air handling units 1 and 2. The work required will be related to chillers, pumps, glycol make-up and auxiliaries, energy management controls, and electrical work. The new physical devices must conform to VA Specification 23 09 23 and be integrated into the controllers. Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 NAICS CODE: 236220 Size Standard: $45.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In accordance with Public Law 109-461 and VAAR 819.7003 (b), bidders must be registered and certified in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) as a SDVOSB.
