Description

In accordance with RFO 12.201-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency

requirements. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with REDACTED for software licenses to enhance the digital forensics capabilities used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Air and Marine Operations (AMO), (OFO), and Laboratories and Scientific Services (LSS). The effort will provide software licenses, warranty coverage, software updates, and associated hardware (such as new or replacement connection cables) for the currently deployed mobile device exploitation tools installed on CBP workstations (desktops and laptops).

Period of performance 8/01/2026 to 7/31/2027 and Four (4) Option Years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 513210, Small Business size standard $41.5 Million.
