This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Research Analysis Division/ (OTD), District Currency Facility (DCF) is a component of the Department of the Treasury and has a requirement for a Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Microscope to collect microscopic images and localized FTIR spectra. This device is critical and essential to BEPs mission. The Contractor shall provide BEP DCF with equipment, installation, and training that meets or exceeds the technical
