Period of Performance 06/15/2026 – 06/14/2027. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo Electorn North America, LLC for maintenance service that is required on the following: Eluent Generator, AS-AP Autosampler, Detector Compartment (Dual Temperature Z), Dual Pump (Analytical Isocratic), PROD, INTEGRION, RFIC,DEGAS, OVEN, TEC, AS-AP Autosampler, Variable Wavelength Detector, PROD, KIT, CD, INTEGRION, INTG, PROD, SP, STD, Quat, DGAS, ICS6.

Period of Performance 06/15/2026 – 06/14/2027 because failure to procure a service plan from Thermo Electorn North America, LLC will directly impede the NETL laboratory operation of the Dionex Integrion Ion Chromatography instrument system and the ability to ensure research projects have accurate results when using these instruments. This notice of intent is not a request or quote/proposal.
