The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division – West, Foxtrot Branch, Bldg 339 146 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, if necessary, and award firm fixed-price contract for a water purification system, reverse osmosis, hemodialysis for the Brian

D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, Korea. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is HT941026QE020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Standard Industrial Code is 4610, size standard is 1000 employees and the NAICS code of 333310. NOTICE TO QUOTERS: All sources may submit a quote as applicable. To comply with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and USFK Regulation 715-2 (Local Sourcing Preference), the Government will evaluate quotes using a Tiered Evaluation process. Offerors must prominently state on the cover page of their quote whether they are submitting as a Tier 1 (Korean Local Source) or a Tier 2 (U.S./Off-Shore Source).
