Please note The Government will accept: Fully assembled powder coating system delivered to Vandenberg SFB Liftgate delivery/offload to ground level Product manuals and setup/operation instructions Government/facility personnel handling final placement and electrical connection The contractor is not required to provide full inside placement, electrical hardwiring, and startup installation. This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12 of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA461026Q0999 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a complete Powder Coating System.
