Point of Contact (POC) to minimize operational impacts to the unit. This acquisition will be awarded using the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable methodology. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror’s quote must demonstrate a clear understanding of the
requirements in the SOW and confirm the ability to perform the work as specified. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is deemed technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price.
