The 628th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Charleston, SC intends to award sole source contracts to the 3 current HUBZone Multiple Award Construction Contract {MACC) contract holders, Outside the Box, Hightower Construction and A Plus K&K JV, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. The purpose of the sole source is to increase the ceiling level of the MACC IDIQ by $65 million from $96 million to $161 million. This increase allows for continued mission essential work to be performed at Joint Base Charleston until the end of the
period of performance of
