The Solicitation No. 19J01026R0003 is hereby amended due to the following: 1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to July 07, 2026, at 14:00 (Local Time), to give the Government time to appropriately address

questions poses by the public. Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Supply and Deliver - High-Grade Gasoline Octane 95. If you would like to submit proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit them to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. For
