Elevator Modernization for Building 246 at Fort Leavenworth

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications to perform the following work. The existing building 246 elevator requires complete demolition and replacement to include all associated mechanical room equipment. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this requirement, which will may require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades. contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The projected award date is September 15, 2026.
