Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Aerospace intends to award a sole鈥憇ource contract to Gas World.com LTD, Trevissome Park, Blackwater, Truro, TR4 8UN, United Kingdom, for a 12鈥憁onth subscription to a proprietary industrial gas market intelligence platform. This subscription provides DLA Energy with enterprise鈥憌ide access to consolidated global industrial gas supply, demand,

pricing, production, and performance data. The requirement includes 24/7 digital access for up to fifteen (15) authorized users, interactive analytical tools, customizable dashboards, SME support, and continuous system maintenance and database updates. DLA Energy has determined that Gas World.com LTD is the only known source capable of providing the required proprietary datasets, analytical capabilities, and platform functionality necessary to support DLA Energy鈥檚 Aerospace Direct Delivery and Bulk Cryogen programs. The vendor鈥檚 platform contains unique, non鈥憄ublic industrial gas market data and analytical tools not available through any other commercial provider. Due to the specialized nature of the industrial gas market and the proprietary datasets involved, competition is not feasible without significant loss of continuity, data integrity, and analytical capability. Awarding this requirement to another vendor would result in inconsistent market intelligence, reduced visibility into global industrial gas trends, and operational risk to DLA Energy鈥檚 mission. This notice does not constitute a solicitation. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement. Capability statements must be submitted in writing and must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government by

13 July 2026. Respondents are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting capability information; the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in response to this notice. Capability statements shall be submitted by e鈥憁ail ONLY. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government鈥檚 discretion. Nelson Vega Beltran Alternative
