scope of work will encompass, but is not limited to, the following services: Site Security Manager: The contractor shall provide a qualified Site Security Manager (SSM) to serve as the for all security-related matters. The SSM will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall security plan, managing security personnel, and coordinating with government representatives and construction management. Construction Surveillance Technicians: The contractor shall provide certified Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to monitor all construction activities. CSTs will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all security protocols, inspecting materials and equipment entering the site, and detecting any unauthorized modifications or tampering.
