Verify on SAM.gov: 2-18 GHz Dual Linearly Polarised Wideband Horn Antenna to include SMA connector (NO radome) P/N: QMS-01046 (QWH-DL-2-18-S-SG-) Qty: 5 each to the manufacturer Steatite Ltd (Antennas), and their sole, authorized distributor, QPAR USA, 10910 Talbert Ave., Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The above-mentioned hardware must have the same form-fit-function as those currently utilized in the field due to the unique design of the pods and targets that the antennas are to be used in. The hardware are direct replacements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 07/13/2026 @ 4 PM PST. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-DB0000M/EB0000M-0487 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
