of Requirement: Defense Services Organization (DSO), Judge Advocate Division (JAD) has a requirement for a conference space with break-out rooms and audio/visual accommodations for the DSO Worldwide Training event to be held in Phoenix, Arizona from 13-18 September 2026 . These spaces and services must be within walking distance of the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Phoenix. See attached sole source determination document for a more complete description of the requirement. Intended Sole Source Vendor: The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to: Folsom Hotel Corporation, Inc. Phoenix, AZ Capability Statement Submission: All interested and responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which the agency will consider.
