This is the Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the award of a sole-source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. This action is for the supply of a full line of brand-name resale products delivered to the DeCA commissaries listed in the attached justification document.
