Batteries will only be sold to purchasers that can demonstrate ability to comply with all local, state and federal laws governing recycling of batteries. Intent to export these batteries outside of the U.S. for reclamation is not authorized under this sale. Potential high bidders listing destinations in their SOI that are outside of U.S. will not be considered responsive bidders, and their bids will be rejected.
