Requirements: Prospective offerors and their personnel must meet the following mandatory qualifications prior to award: Security Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and a SECRET Facility Clearance. IT/Cybersecurity Certifications: Baseline and technical certifications in accordance with DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, and AR 25-2 (e.g., Security+ or equivalent). Destination Information: Dispersion across Pacific and Korea theaters of operation, including: Hawaii: Oahu (Fort Shafter Flats), Hilo, and Maui. Alaska: Fort Richardson (JBER) and Fort Wainwright. International: Camp Zama (Japan), USAG-Yongsan and USAG-Camp Humphreys (South Korea). Territories: Tafuna (American Samoa), Barrigada (Guam), and Tanapag (Saipan). Delivery Schedule / Transition: Work begins September 1, 2026, with an integrated 30-day phase-in transition period.
