Solictation ammended to revise the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level

requirements in accordance with the requiring activity's technical request. Qualification

Requirements: Prospective offerors and their personnel must meet the following mandatory qualifications prior to award: Security Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and a SECRET Facility Clearance. IT/Cybersecurity Certifications: Baseline and technical certifications in accordance with DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, and AR 25-2 (e.g., Security+ or equivalent). Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC): CMMC 2 (Self) or higher. Information regarding these

requirements can be found in the solicitation package Functional Description: Non-personal Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) Service and Support to the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC) G6. Services include network and systems engineering, network administration (NIPR/SIPR/REF networks), Tier II Help Desk support, secure VTC administration, operations/plans support, and cybersecurity compliance. Quantity: Core C4IM Operational Support Services (1 Base Year and 2 Option Years). Unit of Issue: Job (by Month/CLIN). Destination Information: Dispersion across Pacific and Korea theaters of operation, including: Hawaii: Oahu (Fort Shafter Flats), Hilo, and Maui. Alaska: Fort Richardson (JBER) and Fort Wainwright. International: Camp Zama (Japan), USAG-Yongsan and USAG-Camp Humphreys (South Korea). Territories: Tafuna (American Samoa), Barrigada (Guam), and Tanapag (Saipan). Delivery Schedule / Transition: Work begins September 1, 2026, with an integrated 30-day phase-in transition period.
