Introduction The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources of . This RFI is issued in accordance with the IHS leasing authority under Public Law 94-437 (Indian Health Care Improvement Act), as amended. The purpose of this notice is to gather information from Tribes interested in providing . This is a market research tool and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to enter into a lease agreement.

B.

Background Due to the transition back to increased in-person work and the resulting need for additional workspace, IHS has identified a shortfall in available (GSA) leases. To address this need and to support Tribal self-determination and economic development, IHS seeks to identify leasing opportunities directly with Federally Recognized Tribes.

C. Purpose The purpose of this RFI is to: Identify available ; Gather information on facility capabilities, locations, and leasing terms; Assess market conditions and Tribal interest in leasing ; Support future acquisition planning.
