INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - This is a non-personnel services contract to conduct leadership development training for 200 department heads and leaders that focus on Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM), an Outward Mindset Implementation series and strategic working sessions Arbinger Institute is the sole provider of the Outward Leadership and Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset methodologies, which are unavailable through any other vendor in GSA Advantage. Currently, there are no alternative schedule of contractors that offer comparable training that utilizes the same approach. The North American Industry System (NAICS) has been determined to be 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, with a large business size standard of $15M.
