Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all offerors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Singapore. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Singaporean regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Singaporean Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a tax identification number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a proposal. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site survey at the site. Additional information as required in Section L Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Kevin M. Phillips Alternative
