Scope of Work Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Shreveport, LA is seeking information from potential vendors on their ability to provide NKV-330 Series Ventilator System or Equal for Overton Brooks VAMC. The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, and commission ventilator systems meeting the salient characteristics, provide initial clinical user training, and deliver technical documentation, warranty, and service support. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Small Business size standard of 1,250 employees. Information Requested from Industry: In response to the Sources Sought, interested Contractors shall submit the following information and any Capabilities/Qualifications Statement to include but not limited to an overview of proposed solution(s) and a description of the product your company possesses in accordance with the attached Statement of Work draft / Salient Characteristics List. Responses to attached market research table questionnaire shall be submitted. If this information is not provided, then it will be assumed the entire requirement cannot be met.
