Amendment 0003 - Post RFI responses, add photos from site visit and provide drawing BDV305 REV

A. Video of the engagement of the extractors on an existing transfer vehicle to declutch the roller deck and lower the stop. It then shows the extractor driving the rollers and then retracting to its original position under the transfer vehicle available upon request via email to Jennifer Jensen or Maggie Seid. Amendment 0002 - Update Attachment drawings BDV305-01, BDV305.02, BDV305.03, Appendix A and Appendix B and post RFI responses from the site visit. Amendment 0001 - Update
