8 April 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must notify BOTH the listed points of contact on this solicitation no later than

7 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base. RFIs/Questions: Due no later than

13 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT. Solicitation Quotes: Due no later than

20 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT. Nonmanufacturer Rule: The manufacturer the vendor resells/deals the product for, the vendor shall provide the manufacturer's company name and manufacturer's UEI/CAGE code. Failure to meet the nonmanufacturer rule may result in the vendor being deemed ineligible for contract award. (Page 19, point f). The contractor must be a small business. The manufacturer, if one is utilized, must also be a small business. Please refer to page 18-22 for instructions on what your quotes should contain. Refer to page 21 for basis of awrd and how quotes will be evaluated. Additionally, refer to all provided
