Quotes, proposals, or bids will NOT be accepted in response to this notice. Any unsolicited quotes or offers received will be discarded and will not be evaluated by the Government.

Software Components • Three (3) IDS5 Workstation/Server Software Licenses. Hardware Components (per package) • TAA Compliant Mini-PC Workstation. • 19-inch Touch Display, complete with power, video, and audio cables. • USB corded Keyboard and Mouse. • Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). Services and Support • All hardware is delivered fully staged, imaged, configured, and tested. • Telephonic installation assistance is provided and available during published business hours upon request. • Includes a comprehensive five (5) year telephonic hardware warranty and support. • Shipping and freight of the hardware items to the customer's location are included in the package. Customer Responsibilities & Assumptions • The customer is solely responsible for the installation of the staged and configured equipment
deliverables. • The customer must provide all necessary LAN connection peripherals (e.g., CAT5/6 cables) as needed. • The customer is responsible for obtaining all required approvals to join the new workstation(s) to the existing AFAS network. • On-site services are not included.
