This requirement will be sole sourced to Life Technologies Corporation. The North American System Code (NAICS) is 334516; Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS Code 334516 is 1000 employees. The delivery shall be within 120 days after receipt of the order. background, and their ability to provide the required instrument without compromising quality, reliability, safety, accuracy, and schedule. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
