Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mandate to provide location tracking services of offenders under community supervision. The

scope of work for this acquisition is for the Contractor to provide all GPS equipment, monitoring services, data management, system access, training, expert testimony, technical support, and transition services necessary to meet CSOSA’s operational

requirements. CSOSA anticipates an average of approximately 300 active GPS-monitored offenders per day for this requirement. Actual daily usage may fluctuate and may be higher or lower depending on operational demands. The RFQ will be advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods).
