The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting , 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Valor Healthcare Incorporated, for the provision of maintaining the existing services, operations, and Veteran Care for VA Butler Healthcare for the following Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC): Cranberry Township, Butler County, CBOC. This requirement entails maintaining a short-term two-year contract to ensure veteran care by the incumbent contractor pending the solicitation, competition, and award of a 10-year contract for the same requirement. The anticipated sole source contract may include options (FAR 52.217-8 [as required]). This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the procedures in FAR 12.201-1 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901.
