Reminders!!! ALL interested parties must first submit Attachment 7, "Non-Disclosure Agreement" to receive the route information in accordance with the instruction in the solicitation. SF 1449 and SF30 (Amendment) shall be completed, dated, and submitting in the proposal. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Vicenza Daily Commute and Special Needs Student Transportation Service, DoDEA-Europe South District. Services will be for a potential 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-months service in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via email to Ms. Jiabao Peng at [email protected] and Ms. Marcia Lee at [email protected] with the subject line “HE125426RE008 RFP

Interested parties are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all supporting documents and any applicable amendments posted in Contracts Opportunity. Except as stated above and within the solicitation, documents, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through the website SAM.gov. Submitting Attachment 7, “Non-Disclosure Agreement” The Offeror must submit the completed and signed Attachment 7 no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on

20 February 2026 to Ms. Jiabao Peng at [email protected] and Ms. Marcia Lee at [email protected]. After submitting the completed Attachment 7, the Government will provide the Offeror with Attachment 7(a) “Route List,” and Attachment 7(b), “Commuting Area Zone information/Map.” Since these

attachments are restricted only to Offerors submitting a completed Attachment 7, it is in the best interest of the Offeror to submit Attachment 7 to receive Attachment 7(a) and Attachment 7(b) in order to properly respond to the solicitation
