requirements. Award is intended for: QTC Medical Services, Inc., dba Leidos QTC (LQTC) Health Services 4400 NW Loop 410 San Antonio TX 78229-5144 This 30-month sole-source follow-on contract is to provide individual medical readiness (IMR) services, deployment readiness medical services, physical exams (accession, retention, occupational health, and specialty), and Reserve Component (RC) dental exams and limited dental treatment. These activities support the Military Departments’ efforts to meet or exceed established DoW IMR standards, deployment health-related initiatives, and Force Health Protection (FHP)
requirements and goals. There are three modalities of service: in-clinic (contractor network medical and dental providers), virtual, and group event. All services provided under the RHRP must be documented, as allowed, within the Data Exchange Platform, which will then feed over fourteen different Service Components’ (SC) electronic databases and supporting systems and sub-systems from which the individual’s medical record may be updated. The RHRP supports the RC, TRICARE Prime Remote (TPR) (Army, Navy, and Marine Corps), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard (active duty and Reserve) SMs and re-deploying DoD civilians from participating DoW Agencies. The award would continue services currently performed under contract RHRP-3 W15QKN-21-D-5000 which expires as of
28 May 2026, until the agency completes the source selection evaluation phase and award RHRP-4. The agency anticipates a 6-month base
