pricing. Index Proof Requirement: Adds a requirement for offerors to submit verifiable proof of this specific April 23, 2026 index price with their Volume III Price Quote. Evaluation Update: Updates the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation) to reflect that the price evaluation will be calculated uniformly using the mandatory April 23, 2026, Altamont, UT index date and submitted proof.
