VENDOR MUST SELF-CERTIFY IN SAM. Firm Fixed Price FILL IN THE ATTACHED EXCEL SHEET AND REMIT IN THAT FORMAT, ANY OTHER FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received by the date and time set in order to be considered for award.
