Competitive Status IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4)(vii): This procurement is being executed as a noncompetitive, sole-source acquisition. The intended source, Telephonics Corporation, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and exclusive provider of the TruLink Portable Transceivers. Procurement of this specific equipment is a mission-critical requirement, as the TruLink transceiver is the system approved, certified, and fully interoperable with the squadron’s existing Aircraft Wireless Intercommunication System (AWIS). 9.
