The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the government. Prospect Complex #2007, Fire #2206, IHC Building #2612, and Ready Room #1611. Butte Falls Complex include Building #1001, #1002, and #2002. Prospect Complex is located about ½ mile north of Prospect, Oregon at 47201 Highway 62, Prospect, OR 97536.
