W91QF4-26-R-A007 Combined – Asbestos Abatement BPA

  • (i) This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
  • (ii) This solicitation # W91QF4-26-R-A007 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • (iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective as of

01 October 2025.

  • (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 562910- “Remediation Services” with a size standard of 1,000 Employees and PSC of F108- Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Remediation. An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made to them.
