attachments. The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Non-Reoccurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date of
07 September 2026. Sources sought include small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled small business, HUBZone small business, small-disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. The North American Industry System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $19,000,000. This is not a new procurement. This procurement will replace the previous Contract N40085-19-R-5003/N40085-19-D-5003 that was previously solicitated as a 100% small business set-aside using best value tradeoff process to award a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) construction and service contract.
