The Government intends to solicit and award a firm‑fixed‑price service BPA Call Order under the Japan Wide Rental Vehicle BPA series, in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201‑1(e)(3). This project will be performed entirely within Japan. The successful offeror must possess all valid licenses, permits, and authorizations required to perform work in Japan. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order under the existing BPA.
