Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Buffalo Supply Inc., Small Business, for emergency lighting repair at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The Buffalo Supply Inc. has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for Indianapolis EMR Integration Installation for the VAMC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. The VAMC requires a base year and no option years.
