Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Sasebo issues a competitive solicitation for the USS CHIEF (MCM-14) for the following job requirement. STANDBY EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR (SEDG) SERVICE; PROVIDE POP: from 08/4/2026 to 9/3/2026 (CCD10/31/2026).

Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site SASEBO will issue a competitive solicitation to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in "Japan only". Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to demonstrate your authorization to perform this work in Japan. Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award. Any Offeror who do NOT possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region, or does NOT agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order, will NOT be eligible to receive an award.
