2: 1. Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Reopen the submission period to allow new A‑E firms to submit qualification packages; and b. Request that all firms who previously submitted under this announcement provide updated materials, including revised SF 330s and any updates applicable to the published evaluation factors. 2. Updated Submission

Requirements The Government is now accepting: New SF 330 submittals from firms that did not previously respond to the original notice; and Updated SF 330 submittals from firms that previously responded. Updated packages should clearly identify any changes to: • Professional qualifications • Specialized experience and technical competence • Capacity • Past performance • Geographic presence and knowledge • Additional data required under Factor 6 Updates should reflect the firm’s most current capabilities, personnel, licenses, PLSS experience, past performance, and any changes affecting evaluation factors established under FAR 36.602‑1. All submittals must continue to comply with the formatting and page‑limit

requirements stated in the original notice. 3.
