18 MAY 2026: This amendment is being issued to update FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 to include new language regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence. Specifically, the update to 52.212-1 requests that vendors provide an AI Use disclosure as a separate document in their proposal. INITIAL RFP POSTING: This solicitation is the official notice for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for non-personal Army Community Service (ACS) services to be performed at US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy in Vicenza, Italy. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The source selection will be conducted as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12, using a Highest Technically Rated with a Fair and Reasonable Price (HTR-FRP) methodology.
