01 July 2026. This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number W912HZ26QA027 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, Mississippi, is issuing solicitation W912HZ26QA027 for Welding Supplies Master BPA. The

objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain welding supplies for the ERDC facilities over the next five years. Orders will be issued by firm-fixed price BPA Call orders. There is no minimum guarantee for this agreement. There is a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders that will share a total capacity not to exceed $5,000,000.00. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through the Blanket Purchase agreement pool will total $5,000,000.00. Individual

requirements shall not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. There is no minimum guarantee of work. There is no minimum BPA Call value. This BPA expires Five (5) years from award date or at reaching the BPA not to exceed limit ($5,000,000.00), whichever is earlier. BPAs will be established based on the overall best value quotations determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. The Government anticipates to award around 3-5 Blanket Purchase Agreements based on the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 333992, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the quote due date. You may register electronically at the SAM website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
