This information is intended to provide awareness of what the Government would like to learn but you are encouraged to share more if you believe it will help the Government in developing the solicitation package. The multi-functional team within the Walla Walla District will be conducting one-on-one sessions on June 16th and 17th, 2026, to share information on the government’s
requirements and obtain industry feedback. One-on-one sessions will be conducted virtually. Each company will be allotted one (1) hour for the one-on-one session. Please limit the number of company representatives to no more than five (5) attendees to facilitate effective one-on-one dialogue. The purpose of the one-on-one session is to answer
questions and allow the government to obtain specific feedback from your company’s representatives. Marketing/capability briefings are not authorized during the one-on-one session. For our planning purposes, you are requested to provide the following information if you are interested in participating in the one-on-one session: Name of Company Company CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier. Name of each individual attending, his or her contact number and e-mail addresses Specify intentions to request a one-on-one session A list of current or past projects demonstrating technical experience with work of a similar nature to that listed in the Summary
Scope of Work. For each project submitted, provide a brief narrative statement of the work involved, your company’s role in the project, the dollar value and the completion date. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by your company and/or in-house personnel. A reference list for each of the projects submitted in A) above. Include the name, title, phone number and email address for each reference. Provide a statement of your company’s business size (HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), small disadvantaged, or woman-owned) Provide a statement whether your company intends to submit an offer on the project when it is advertised. Provide a statement of your company’s bonding capacity. A statement from your surety is NOT required but is helpful.
